It takes exactly 24 hours and 4 minutes to prepare a batch of fwip ice cream. Could we take some shortcuts and do it faster like those big guys? Sure. But that just wouldn’t be our style. One of the secrets to a perfect fwip is the amount of super mini micro air bubbles that weave themselves between the ingredients of our recipes.
The answer to the perfect ice cream taste experience is: 14. Minus 14 degrees Celsius to be exact. It’s the temperature when your taste buds can handle the biggest explosion of taste. How do we get it that way? We mix, churn, cool and age the ingredients to offer a richer, creamier and tastier fwip experience. Once blended, our ice cream gets blasted frozen with nitrogen gas at a chilling -100°. Cold enough to snap your socks off. After that, we gradually warm the ice cream to its serving temperature of -14°. The effect? A perfectly balanced recipe that feels wonderfully airy and featherlight.

Thick, creamy and “oh-my-yog that’s good”, our frozen yogurt is made from heaps of fresh milk and whipped until it’s snowy and light. Our recipe has remained the same for over 10 years. Balanced like a ballerina on a tightrope, it has a little bit of sweetness and a teeny bit of tang, making it utterly irresistible.
