The tropical one

A bit peachy, a bit apricot-ish with a hint of melon. The saffron-coloured flesh of the Alphonso mango tastes of all these things. Only better. Ours come from India where they grow juicy and fragrant before being crushed and fwipped into our sunshine-coloured, dairy-free sorbet.
